Brand Strategist & Delivery Coordinator (Employer Branding)
Connecting People to Grow Companies, Careers and Communities...
That’s what we’re all about at Employment Office.
Recruitment is (or should be!) a major priority for every business across Australia. To grow a business and outperform the competition you need to be able to attract the best talent, regardless of the industry or positions offered.
As the competition for top talent continues to heat up, employers are starting to understand the importance of having a strong Employer Brand. However, as Employer Branding is an emerging area of focus in the recruitment space, many businesses don't have the resources or understanding to successfully execute it correctly.
That's where you come in.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to our Head of Employer Branding (also one of EO's Directors), you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery and operations of a small team working to deliver innovative Employer Branding services to our clients. This team includes an Employer Branding Specialist, Journalist and Videographer.
You'll play a key part in ensuring the effective delivery of the following:
- Using research and engagement to help clients understand their employer brand and the opportunities and challenges ahead of them
- Crafting their recruitment marketing messaging, including their Employee Value Proposition - the 'why work for us'
- Delivering ongoing marketing services such as content creation, social media activity and email campaigns
- Delivering inspiring promotional and testimonial video content
- Conducting sales demonstrations with prospects face to face, online and over the phone, acting as the expert in all things EB
Who we're looking for...
We're after a creative individual who holds a tertiary degree (ideally in Journalism, Marketing or Advertising, or similar). It's critical you be skilled in copywriting, with a desire to curate and create written content in a hands on manner. A background in working within a creative team, and some experience in market research will be required.
A large component of this role will be client facing so the ability to, not only speak confidently about our products and services, but also demonstrate their value to clients, will be key to your success!
This role would be well suited to someone who has worked as an Art Director, Copywriter, or in a similar capacity, ideally within an advertising agency or production company - although not essential, this would be a bonus!
As you'll be working across a number of projects with multiple components at any given time, it's important you be skilled at multi-tasking, able to manage competing priorities, and able to work within a fast-paced environment. It is also imperative you be a confident and articulate communicator who enjoys engaging with others.
Package and Perks...
At EO we have a culture of ownership and autonomy. We also reward our people for their success.
You’ll be offered an attractive base salary and performance based incentives (OTE of $90,000 - $100,000).
Some great little perks of working here are fresh fruit and snacks each day, free coffee, and Friday afternoon drinks. We also have some giant perks like quarterly celebrations (think catering, dancing, awards, etc.) and an annual all expenses paid international trip for top performers. Our office is centrally located, with Brisbane river views and a close walk to transport, cafes and shops.
Most importantly, the work we do at EO is important. We create valuable connections for employers and jobseekers day in and day out, and we you want to be a part of it.
We're looking for someone to start ASAP so don't hesitate - Apply Now!
