We are growing and we are unashamedly proud of that fact and are now on the lookout for our next batch of superstars to join our team as entry-level Sales & Recruitment Executives. These are full-time positions based at our Melbourne CBD office on Lonsdale Street.
In a nutshell, as a Sales & Recruitment Executive at EO, you'll be selling our range of amazing recruitment solutions, over the phone, to clients from multiple locations and industries across Australia.
With the Employment Office model, our clients get full transparency and are bought in to what we do. That starts with you. Your days will be primarily filled with identifying new and future clients - calling to engage with them and articulating the value we deliver. From there you bring in a specialist from one of our in-house advertising, shortlisting, or recruitment software teams, to explain our methods and the benefits we can offer them and then together, you'll close the sale. Job done? Not quite! From then on you'll play an integral part in account management and ensuring ongoing client delight in our service offering.
Any successful business person, leader or entrepreneur will tell you the most critical skill you can have is the ability to connect, engage and influence people. Countless senior or successful professionals in all types of roles have started out as sales people, but what matters, whether you're at the start of your career or seeking to make your mark, is where you do it.

In return, we ask that you are articulate with the confidence, ability and willingness to instigate telephone contact with senior business people that are advertising for staff. This will be crucial to your success. You also need KIPPA - keenness, intelligence, persistence and attitude - in bucketloads.
You don't need any formal qualifications but any experience working in a business environment will be beneficial as you will need to have a good understanding of 'who's who in the zoo' when contacting organisations and finding key decision makers.

One of our most senior sales people, Sacha started her journey with EO in 2007. She's been awarded top performer awards on multiple occasions and continues to grow her client base every day. Sacha came to Australia from England, on what was meant to be a backpacking trip and fell in love with the EO way. Now 9 years later she is integral to our team and works across all industries, but specialises in the NFP and health sectors.
Kari is one of our most senior Canadian team members and has been with Employment Office since 2012. From winning Top Novice in 2013, Most Profitable Team Leader in 2014, and Director’s Choice in 2017, she is an integral part of the business. While she does work across industries, she specializes in and works closely with many First Nations organizations. The strong relationships she has developed in this area has allowed her to help her clients fill some of their most challenging vacancies and develop industry specific expertise.
