Seen us advertise before? Get used to it! As a recruitment agency we are constantly recruiting on behalf of our amazing clients as well as for our own internal roles. We are growing, proud of it, and are now on the lookout for our next batch of selling superstars to join our team as Sales and Account Executives. These are full-time positions based at our Melbourne CBD office on Lonsdale Street.
In a nutshell, as a Sales and Account Executive at EO, you'll be selling amazing recruitment solutions over the phone, to clients from multiple locations and industries across Australia.
With the Employment Office model, our clients get full transparency and are bought into what we do. That starts with you. Your days will be primarily filled with identifying new and future clients - calling to engage with them and articulating the value we deliver. From there, you bring in a specialist from one of our in-house advertising, shortlisting, or recruitment software teams, to explain our methods and the benefits we can offer them. Then together, you'll close the sale. Job done? Not quite! From then on you'll play an integral part in account management and ensuring ongoing client delight in our service offering.
This is, at it's heart, a traditional phone-based sales role and you'll feel this most strongly when you are cold calling prospects, pushing to catch their attention. Like all sales roles, there are highs and lows, however if you truly believe in the product you're selling (which you will!) and are truly passionate about delivering for your clients, you will be incredibly well supported at every step of the process.
Working in sales can be strange. Many people fall into it and plenty don’t make it, but those who give their all and make things happen achieve stunning careers. If you fall into this latter category and have experience in B2B sales, outbound phone sales, recruitment or similar, and have the drive and passion to work hard and deliver great results for your clients, then we want to hear from you.

One of our most senior sales people, Sacha started her journey with EO in 2007. She's been awarded top performer awards on multiple occasions and continues to grow her client base every day. Sacha came to Australia from England, on what was meant to be a backpacking trip and fell in love with the EO way. Now 9 years later she is integral to our team and works across all industries, but specialises in the NFP and health sectors.
Kari is one of our most senior Canadian team members and has been with Employment Office since 2012. From winning Top Novice in 2013, Most Profitable Team Leader in 2014, and Director’s Choice in 2017, she is an integral part of the business. While she does work across industries, she specializes in and works closely with many First Nations organizations. The strong relationships she has developed in this area has allowed her to help her clients fill some of their most challenging vacancies and develop industry specific expertise.
